Orders are processed weekly, usually every Wednesday. Please allow 2-3 days from this time for your order to be freshly produced, properly packaged and safely dispatched.

When your order arrives please place your jar in the refrigerator straight away. Your Sea Moss Gel must be refrigerated for at least 2 hours before use, this allows it to reform into the correct consistency.

Please consume within 3 weeks of arrival or 6 months if frozen.

Different texture to when it was Kaizen Sea moss, Have u changed the recipe? Will still order as better than others out there.

We haven't changed the recipe at all!
Each time we get a new batch of sea moss from the Caribbean it's different as it's grown wild in the sea. It could be thicker or with a slightly different texture.

We still use all the same ingredients.

We have upgraded the water though! We now only use pure h20 water- it's a water filtration system we bought that filters the water 5 times before it comes out. It eradicates microplastics, toxins, Fluoride, chemicals and anything else in the water that may not be great. It's truly the purest water. We are commited to continue making the the best and thickest sea moss out there.

I feel so amazed with this quality product! The energy I get from it has made me irradiate the need to take (a famous brand) iron tablets. It’s been two weeks now and I am reaching my last few days worth I reckon so will be purchasing the dried version next to give it a go at making a batch of gel and even adding the dried version (after soaking it) into a stir fry.

I am so pleased and well worth the money. Health is Wealth at the end of the day.
