Damaged items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is not as described/advertised or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 24hours of receipt of any issues via info@saintmoss.shop so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified. 

Refunds 

To be eligible for a refund you should have contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you once we’ve investigated the matter and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Address changes

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Kindly double-check your details before finalising your purchase to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Additional fees may apply, and we will be happy to help you with the process.
