Welcome to Saint Moss, a sibling duo, family run business based in Britain, but deeply rooted in the sun kissed, Caribbean island of St Lucia.

Our parents, who migrated to the UK at different points, were both born on the island and made it their duty to ensure their British born children knew their roots, by returning home annually.

Whilst there, our grandfather, who was a banana and coconut farmer, would take us on tractor trips to a secluded bay to harvest sea moss and bring it back for our grandmother to prepare the most delicious concoctions. She would boil it up with freshly picked bay leaves, nutmeg and cinnamon bark, plucked from the trees directly outside of the house.

We were always taught that Granny's magic potion would fill us with energy and keep the doctor away.

We continued to use the sea moss on and off for years, and as it became more and more popular, we considered ourselves lucky to have known about this superfood from long ago.

As adults, we further researched sea moss and began using it more consistently. The benefits were amazing. A few we found were improved health, more vibrancy and glowing skin and hair.
